About Me
Allow me to introduce myself, I am the 4th generation of Syltes and Krakenbergs in North Idaho. The Sylte and Krakenberg family names have a time tested relationship with the wonderful people, homes, and geography of this area.
My strengths are education, professional connections, and experiences in North Idaho. I have a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Idaho. I have 10 years experience in Community Resource Development, Human Services, and Contracts with over 5 years experience working for Idaho's Department of Health and Welfare. My professional and civic involvement includes commitment to Early Childhood Education, Regional Substance Abuse Authority, Enhanced Work Services Contracts, Collaborations, and Mental Health. I also have 10 years experience with my family's Guide and Outfitting Business.
I not only live, but share the North Idaho Dream. I have experienced more of our lakes, rivers, mountains, and people than anyone. With a zest for life and little sleep, I will consistently deliver thoughtful dedication to people like you.
I currently combine talents with my partner and mother Jan Sylte, who has 30 years of full time Top Producing history. My wife Sydney Young is a real estate marketing professional and considerable contributor to our business. Sydney is passionate for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that the client's needs are getting met.
