We were very happy to have found Troy Sylte in 2006.  We were moving to the CDA area from out of state, and were looking for land so that we could build a home and raise our children.  We were looking for a large piece of property with specific features, and excellent resale value if necessary.  We had never been to Idaho and we needed help from a realtor who had years of experience in the area. We were also looking for someone who had spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoors in the area.

Troy helped us find a very unique and hard to acquire property.  Properties like ours do not come on the market often.  We have the kind of property that stays in a family for a long time.  Troy introduced us to the areas lakes and outdoor activities, and he also suggested an excellent builder who we have used to build our home.

We especially appreciated the extra time Troy spent introducing us to this area and what he loved about it growing up.  We would not have found this unique part of Kootenai County, where we now make our home, without Troy.
